I just left here within the last hour and I'm now having to finish my own hair cut, that should never happen. I work in an industry where maintaining a professional look is important; to my company, the client we represent and most importantly myself. I came in, explained my entire situation and the Woman seemed like she was concerned and was going to fix my hair, she basically just shortened the problem. My hair is uneven on both sides and the fade wasn't done correctly either. When she first said I was done, I got up to check out the cut and noticed the uneven hairs. When I asked if she could even it out she let out a big sigh. I highly recommend that people don't come here, the woman doesn't know how to cut hair and the guy that works in the store with her is somewhat rude.

I did not feel welcome here. When the haircut ws done(took about 15 mins) and I checked myself in the mirror, I requested for adjustment and she immediately in an annoyed voice goes "but you requested for #2. I say yes, now I'm requesting a bit shorter because when you start with lower number it's hard to do adjustment. She says something to the guy at the counter and the guy says to me, "it's gonna be extra charge fr adjustment", and adds, "nothing is free in America". I was stunned by the rude customer service, felt unwelcomed and so paid the $20 owed and left the place.

This is the best hair salon that I’ve been to, the lady is really nice and she’s cut my hair really good. I will always come back to her.

Amanda was absolutely the best hairstylist! She was amazingly fast and expert. I love the new hair color that she did for me today. I was so satisfied with her service and I want to commend her professionalism throughout. I wouldn’t get my hair color anywhere else! I will visit here again. Highly recommended!

Nice customer service ,I take my 3 daughters to do their hair and they love it , fast service too I will definitely recommend it I will visit her soon thanks . La señora es bien amable lleve a mis tres hijas de 12 , 10 y 5 y quedaron muy contentas pronto iré otra ves gracias .

I love coming to Mrs. Rhina. She is very friendly and she always hands me a bottle of water on a hot day. I am an English speaker and she tries so well to keep a conversation with me. Thank you so much for always treating my hair.
