My two friends and I spent half a day here at the spa with Basha and her staff. We had such a wonderful experience. We all had facials and agreed they were the most relaxing we've ever had. We started our experience with champagne and comfy robes while hanging out in the relaxation room and chatting. My friends each had a full body massage while I chose the seaweed wrap. We left feeling relaxed and pampered. We even got a few restaurant recommendations from Basha (the owner). I gave this wonderful Spa five stars because we had a fabulous time, the staff was lovely, the atmosphere was relaxing, the services were outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. If you're traveling to Nashville, don't waste your money at a big overpriced hotel spa. Come here and support this lovely personable gem of a spa instead. So frustrated about this, I went the week of my wedding and was SO excited I had the app booked for about two months, I wanted a certain esthetician and they switched it out at the last minute with barely any warning. The prices had gone up since the last time I was there and the facial was barely anything, I will not be going back

This was, without a doubt, the BEST massage I’ve ever had! I booked a 90-minute session with Kristen because I woke up with a super stiff and painful neck and back, and she was the first person to ever get all of my knots out. I work out 6 days a week, so I’m always dealing with some soreness and tight back muscles, but I was honestly amazed at how great I felt afterward. Kristen really knows what she's doing — I left feeling like a million bucks! From now on, I’ll be booking with her every time! Highly recommend!

My maid of honor surprised me with a deep tissue massage, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve experienced massages all over the world, but Grace’s technique was unmatched—her hands are magic! She was incredibly attentive to my needs, ensuring every area was addressed. The added touch of champagne and desserts made the experience even more special. It was the perfect way to unwind before my busy weekend. Huge thanks to Kristen and Grace for making it unforgettable!

I travel and have had massages all over. I had the best massage today. Deborah was great! I was completely relaxed, and she put extra attention to my neck area, where a lot of my stress is. She was amazing. If I could take her on the road with me, I would.

The most disappointing massage I’ve ever had in my life. It was like someone was poking me softly with all of their finger tips. I so badly needed to relax and finances have been tough this year and it was just such a disappointment and waste.

I had one of the best massages ever here today, Jordan was super talented and patient, accommodating my needs and leaving me feeling super relaxed and chill. Great waiting room, plus a bonus brownie at the end just made it a fantastic experience.

I had the BEST massage of my life here from Jordan. She is FABULOUS! I have sciatica and after she worked on me I was pretty much pain free for 3 days! That's hasn't happened since before I was hurt in 2018!! I recommend anyone with pain to come get a massage,plus they have the best brownies. The employees are also pretty great!

I highly recommend this place, especially for Jordan! I’ve had many massages across the country, trying different styles and pressures, and I have to say that Jordan is the best. Period. She’s a true healer with magic hands and such a beautiful energy. My session with her was the best massage of my life—it was beyond amazing. I loved every little detail about it. Bonus: The receptionist was super nice, and her assistant was a very cute girl. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Nashville.

My husband & I came here for a couples massage on our honeymoon, and had the most amazing experience. This spa is so peaceful, we were greeted with mimosas prior to our massages, which was such a nice touch. The massages themselves were an absolute 10/10. Afterwards we got to relax in the lounge again with organic brownies. The manager, Bascha, is so friendly & professional- during checkout she gave us personal recommendations for dinner spots during our trip. We can't wait to come back here the next time we're in town!

Highly recommend Adagio! On a recent visit to Nashville I had a 90 minute massage with Brittany, and it was incredible! The best massage I have had! I will be back!!

I have never even done a review but this place deserves to be talked about. Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first ever massage and I was a bit nervous but Jordan (I hope I am spelling that right) made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The dimmed lights, the music choices, the brownies they provide and overall experience was amazing. The massage stations were clean and neat. They have hooks as well as your own cubbies for your belongings which feels very safe and secure. She asked specific questions about what I was looking for in my massage and incorporated just what I needed! Jordan also gave me tips for how to stretch and relax my body in the future because she noticed I had low mobility in my ankles. The oil used was unscented which is a huge thumbs up from me because I have severe sensitive skin and it did not bother my skin one bit! Just an amazing experience with amazing people and I would absolutely 100% recommend it to the next person!

This place is amazing I took my boyfriend for his birthday we've never had professional massages before so we did the couples massage and let me just tell you guys it was the bomb.. I enjoyed every minute of it and so did my boyfriend we would definitely be coming back thank you guys for giving us an amazing experience

It was a wonderful experience at Adagio! I purchased a 90-minute facial and paraffin hand treatment. Amber was great! I've had a lot of facials, and this one is at the top of my list :) I also enjoyed a mimosa and delicious brownie in the relaxation room. Lovely! This spa is a hidden gem in the Gulch.

My wife and I had a 90 minute couples massage today and it was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. This was the best massage we have had for a long time and we get a lot of massages all around the world.

My partner and I enjoyed a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary and were met with courteous and professional staff. My massage therapist, Jordan, is very skilled and I will most likely be requesting them in the future. The director, Bascha, revealed that Adagio is a long-standing local business and I can see that they are well-established, well-operated and offer a very relaxing spa experience. The complementary mimosa was a nice touch!

A group of 4 made appointments 4 weeks in advance. Two body polishes with additional massage and two 60 minute massages. When we arrived and were taken back the therapists said there was no record of my body polish but we were booked for massages. The therapists left the room to speak with the receptionist about the confusion and were gone for quite a while. The receptionist returned to tell us that suddenly one of the therapists got sick and had to leave so only one was left to do only 2 of the 4 people in our group. My husband wanted me to stay for my massage and the other couple did not get they’re services at all. My massage therapist did a very nice job and it was a relaxing massage. The room was a bit too cold and lacked any kind of warm ambiance. The whole experience was very disappointing since we were all looking forward to this for a month. I would have thought for the inconvenience there would have been some sort of comp given for my massage. I never leave reviews but in this case and being an esthetician for 25 years and would never treat a client like we were one was necessary given the unprofessional behavior of the therapist who suddenly became sick when she was clearly fine 10 minutes earlier. I only left 2 stars because my therapist who did decide to stay gave me a very nice massage.

During our girls trip to Nashville, we decided to treat ourselves to massages, and we were thrilled with the experience. Both of our therapists were exceptional, but I particularly loved mine as she incorporated stretching into the massage, which was exactly what I needed. I must admit, I left feeling a bit sad that she isn't located in my hometown to become my regular masseuse. The customer service at Adagio Spa was great, and the owner, Bascha, was incredibly kind. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Adagio Spa for all your massage needs.

I am picky about massages, but I'm glad I took a risk and tried out Adagio. I was fortunate enough to get Linda, who is truly exceptional. There was only time for an hour massage, but she made the most of it. She somehow managed to loosen my tight muscles without hurting me, and I walked away with so much more freedom of movement. She's very skilled at what she does, while also being thoughtful, kind, and warm. I will definitely be back, and I've already told my friends about this place. I also love the touch of offering a mimosa/champagne beforehand. It's a basic place - no robes or changing rooms, but the atmosphere is soothing and I assume that keeps the costs down, which I appreciate.

I had a massage with Jordan. She did a great job relaxing my tight calves and shoulders after a week of hiking. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back when in Nashville!

I had the most fantastic experience at Adagio Massage Co & Spa. The owner Bascha was so welcoming. I was instantly treated like family. Chelsea my esthetician was phenomenal . She asked me many questions about my skin and the products I use. She was so intricate and accommodating. I have never had a facial experience like this before. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and how much she loves it. I was on vacation and the treatment I received and them knowing I may not be back again was nothing I've ever experienced before. I cannot say enough fantastic things about Chelsea and Bascha! If I am ever in the area again I will not hesitate to book another appointment. Thank you for the wonderful service! You made my trip to Nashville even better!

This is my third time going to Adagio over the past few years and every time has been an incredible experience. My latest was a prenatal massage and Jordan exceeded all expectations. She worked out so much tension AND they had a pregnancy pillow that allowed me to lie facing down, which any pregnant woman knows is a treat. Lorenda at the front desk was kind and helpful. I don’t get massages often, but when I do, I’m coming here!

What an amazing facial! When I first saw the building and thought it's in an office building?! I wasn't so sure- once you step through the doors it's truly a spa ambience and the facial was excellent. I love it when I get instruction on what someone is doing and what it is helping. I couldn't have asked for a better esthetician!
