I read all of the glowing good reviews about this massage establishment...so I made an appointment for 11 AM. Based on what I read on reviews, Alice was the massage therapist to select. I call 2 hours in advance to book the appointment. I was told that I could receive the 30 minute foot massage (w/Hot Water soak) followed by a 60 minute deep tissue massage (including walking on my back). When I called at 10:30 to request that my water was heated for my 11 AM arrival & to confirm that Alice would be my therapist, I was told that Alice was not available & someone else would be my therapist. I declined, canceled my appointment, and hung up. MAGICALLY, I received a call back saying that Alice was now available after her time in Wonderland! I then decided to give Alice my business. When I arrived, Alice told me that she would massage my feet on the table in a room as a part of my session (she looked like I spoke a foreign language when I respectfully asked was my hot water ready). When I found out that it wasn't, I left and went next door to the barber shop. Although the lobby was packed with other customers getting serviced, I left without making a fuss (needed a hot towel/straight edge razor shave anyway). MAGICALLY my business now mattered enough for Alice to literally chase me down next door to the barber shop waiting area. Respectfully, I told her I was not interested in their services. I also asked her to leave the barber shop because my decision and it was FINAL. To those of you that had better experiences, kudos to you. As for me, the AA is their name must stand for Absolutely Awful 😖 Will not return on my dear Mom's life.....🤮

This shop is very good. I had a 90-minute massage. The tallest of the three female masseuses gave me a great foot massage. After the massage, she helped me wait for the bus very late. I am very grateful. I forgot to ask the name of the masseuse.

Best way to end a vacation after walking miles on the strip. They are talented, perffesional, and very reasonably priced. Also they provide water and soda.

Unprofessional. It states ‘walk ins available’ they said they had appointments starting in 5 min, however if they were late they’d start my walk in appointment. I patiently waited. The appointment was still not there 10 minutes later, they said okay we’re ready now. I go into the room get on the table for the massage, I heard a lady open the door then say “uh hold on sorry.” Then a different lady comes in saying 10 more minutes to wait on the table. I said no, she said 10 more minutes the appointment just got here, I said no either we’re starting or I’m leaving, she then stated ‘her English isn’t good she can’t understand me, wait 10 minutes’ I said no. She understood everything I said up until that point then magically she said she doesn’t understand. Prior to getting on the table she tried multiple times to pressure me into a longer massage. Before I got on the table she rubbed my stomach asking if I am pregnant which I’m not. Use your own discernment.

Probably one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. I did the A combo with foot massage and table massage after. Alice was amazing, she got all the spots taken care with a deep tissue massage. It was so good I’m coming back in a few days for another round before I leave back home. Definitely a must try spot.

I don't even know where to start. We paid $80 each to be in pain. It felt like they didn't know what they were doing. The man who massaged me used so little oil that his hand rubbed against mine and his nails dug into my skin. I couldn't relax for even a second. We were placed in a lobby and people were walking through the whole time. Of course we didn't take our clothes off, but were massaged with clothes and a blanket, which I've never experienced before. My friend and I are so much in pain and never want to go there again. Never again.

If you aren't getting walking you're doing it wrong! I love this location, all the ladies are so nice and will cater the experience to your needs. Enjoy!

Just had an excellent massage with Marissa.It was supposed to be a 60 minute but I asked her to extend it for an extra 30 minutes to continue on my feet.there was no issue and she did a marvelous job. My wife and I are actually going back while here in Nashville The place and service was excellent..very clean and professional 👌

Best massage EVER! Worth every penny! Also, some massage places similar to this have interruptions like the therapist leaving your room multiple times to talk to another person etc. Well not this place! This place is 100% professional and a great way to relax. This massage was the best I’ve ever had annd I’ve had a lot! This techniques were the best and the attention to detail! Thank you!

Walked in one day but were no appointments available so make one if possible! Both myself and significant other had the foot massage which felt amazing. I combined it with a chair massage. Great experience, good value.

The positive reviews are fake. Check the low ones and you will see they are similar to mine. This place was Not good. I tried it twice. First time a very painful chair massage. Second time a very painful deep tissue. Like, really painful. 2nd time they actually damaged my spine by digging arm into it. Also the lady had her earbuds up so loud I could hear them and asked her to turn them down. 2 strikes. I am an athlete who has had many massages. I usually like these kinds of places, but this one is a really bad experience consistently. Do not go here. Trust me. I gave them two chances. Had to go to the chiro the next day as a result.

We BOOKED a couples’ massage, showed up at our exact time and they said the room was busy and they couldn’t take us. I said I was confused because we BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT at that time. The lady looked at me like I was asking a lot and said, it would have to be separate. So we left. How absurd. Don’t waste your time.

MASSAGE WAS GOOD. BUT THEY BEGGED FOR TIPS WHEN I GAVE THEM TIP ALREADY. WHO DOES THAT? TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY! YOU SHOULD TAKE WHAT PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO GIVE YOU. NOT COMING BACK!!
