They had to redo my nail 2-3 times and I was still not satisfied, I asked for refund they said no. It was disappointing having to spend that much and still not liking it at all. It was my first time there and had the worst experience never go back there again.

This place is wonderful! When we first walked in, we were immediately greeted with a hello. Then they led me over to the spa area. Their overall Spa is cute, and the chairs are comfortable!

I do not recommend this place i went in asking if they had time to get me a pedicure and a manicure they told me yes as they had no other customers they did my pedicure and finished it after they started on my manicure they file my nails down i guess customers that had appoiments walked in and i was asked to get off my chair and give it to them halfway through the manicure i think that is not right or correct way to handle business like if i was getting it them done for free or my money is worthless i still paid for the horrible way i was treated and let them charge me whatever they wanted all i can say i will never return to this place and never recommend them ever in my life again

I used to go here when I was younger & they were okay but I just went recently & if I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I came in wanting a manicure & pedicure plus gel polish on my nails & feet. Well the polish was bumpy and obviously old in retrospect, I never ended up getting my mani even thought I kept telling them I wanted one they just did my overlay & sent me on my way . Before this set even was a week old 3 of my toenails (GEL) peeled off… I was going to go in & get it fixed but I didn’t feel like dealing with Ben & his attitude so I just took the L ($95 down the drain btw). When my overlay grew out it was so thick that it was snagging on my hair when I did it which was very ANNOYING . I just went to go get them redone at Revive Nail & I recommend them ! It’s not too far from this location & they care about the health of your nails & don’t just slap whatever on to get you out the door!

They let me make an appointment last minute. Jenny was able to give me a great pedicure and a new French powdered dip! Glad I stopped in.

I called in for appt got in the same day. The guy who serviced me was okay..I originally wanted a pedi with a full set but quickly changed my mind once I got there because I knew it would possibly be an upcharge. I got a full set of colored acrylic. He said he mixed it himself which was nice. I paid $85. Which I have had my nails longer thicker and with designs for that price but ok. I don't mind paying if work is quality. The thumb nails are shorter and the acrylic around my right ring n pinky finger is flooding the cuticle. I am a longer nail wearer and wanted a tech in my area since I relocated. I rather go to a shop because of the experience. I just want quality for the price I pay. It's only been 4 days and 2 nails have broken. The last picture was the day they were done. The others are of today which the nails broke and look at the acrylic which is yellowing😩. I was told that most women don't get their nails that long and basically it cost more. Also it's basically takes away from them making money because it takes longer to do. If I come to receive a service and im paying please give me what I ask without attitude and with professionalism and kindness or just say we don't do long nails here.

Professional and clean environment, exceptional work and very respectful. Highly recommend for any service. I drive an hour and a half to see her. You won’t be disappointed!

I got a full set of French tip acrylics. I paid $50 and would absolutely like my money back. This is the worst acrylic set I've ever gotten. The acrylic is thick and uneven, making my nails look like duckbills. There are chunks of acrylic under my nails. Some nails have acrylic covering the skin on the side of my nails, while some were obviously over sanded. I need these removed

In 1816 the Constitution clearly prohibited slavery and involuntary servitude here in Indiana. Unfortunately these racist nail tech’s didn’t get the memo. Today 6/2023 I must say I was shocked on how they treat their Caucasian customers differently. It’s sad that after we have come so far as a people that they think that it’s okay to act in this manner to their customers these years. It’s unprofessional and is disgusting that those elderly people treat their African American customers that way. The crazy part is that they aren’t Caucasian. By far the worst experience had a 1:30 appointment nails didn’t get started painted until 4:30. Fully staffed personal (5ppl) with two customers. Seriously!

I’m not sure why I didn’t see this shop before. It’s no more than 5 minutes from my house. It does sit back in the plaza and there’s not a lot of businesses nearby. Quite frankly it’s difficult to find a shop that’s sanitary and clean. That’s just as important as the service these days. Not only was the shop clean, the work was equally excellent. I’ve recommended the shop to a friend who is known to be picky and she too was happy. Definitely returning.

This place gets 5 stars from me because I had 2 great gel pedicures in 6 weeks. Both times I was greeted promptly and seated at the pedicure station as soon as I picked out my polish. They are very detail oriented and my 6 week polish looked as fresh and shiny as the first day it was done. If I wasn't moving next week, this would be my go to nail salon. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I went here on 1/28/2023 appt at 11am. The place was very nice and clean. We were happy to be there but my boyfriend didn’t get the proper cleaning from the man on his pedicure and he paid for the more expensive package. Then the lady doing my full set manicure flooded my cuticles and my nails look horrible! These won’t last like they should! They are already lifting! We paid $160 and we are very upset with the services we paid for!!! Can and will provide pictures if needed but I don’t see anywhere to do it here.
