First time getting my nails done and the experience was absolutely amazing!! Love the service as well as the final look of this set😊 Windy was so patient when it comes to picking colors for me, definitely will come back again!

I have never had a bad experience here until now. The prices have always been high but I always was happy with the end result in the past so I have never complained about that. I made an appointment for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. When I walked in I picked a color that was on the gel/dip board. I asked for my nails and toes to be the same color. The photo of just my nails that is attached is what they looked like once the french tip was done. I was not told that they would not match. It was color #057 for everything. I was there for 3 hours and 40 minutes; 3 hours were spent matching my manicure color. I appreciate the fact that they took time to match them but for 3 hours of my time it was ridiculous. 40 minutes was spent on my pedicure. I paid $105 dollars not including tip and once I got to my car I realized my toes were not even remotely close in color. I went back inside and asked for a discount of some sort towards my pedicure because the colors were not even close. They offered to try and fix it and I told them I would just like a discount because I had already spent nearly 4 hours of my time here. I ended up getting $15 as a “refund.” The other photo attached is what I left with. Extremely disappointed with this and I will not be coming back. I just saw their reply and I want to add on to my review. Pictures speak louder than words and as a student who has many responsibilities a 2 hour job should have not taken twice that. I was not going to spend another hour + in there for them to fix my toes when there shouldn’t have been an issue getting the same color on everything in the first place.

After 9 years of being a client and referring 11 friends to this Salon - Traci would run a better business without her husband. When I arrived they wanted to place me with a nice girl but is still learning and I can't chance my feet being cut especially on chemo or treatment has to stop while I heal. I have heard lots of negative about this place but remained loyal. I was told since I wouldn't have this girl do my feet and that they never promised me the person who typically does my feet for 9 years that I was no longer welcome and the husband embarrassed me out loud in front of others and said his wife could do my feet today but after that i'm no longer welcome and cancelled all of my appointments through January of 2025! I have always shown my appreciation and tipped them quite generously! I texted my husband what was going on and I really wanted to have Traci do my nails one more time but he said NO- get up and tell them they lost a customer that came there every 2 weeks- So I got up with Grace and said "it's been a pleasure but I can't stay or come here anymore." I will be letting all my referrals know too! no customer should be yelled at for being 10 mins late traveling from Brighton due to an accident or construction and be humiliated in front of others! Well I won't be spending $500.00 plus per month here anymore and more when I brought family to treat them as well! I hope they start treating their employees better too! So sad. Edit: I saw the response from you. Since you mention that you had the cameras there, you should be able to provide the customers with the recordings of how you treat your customers in your business. Not to mention the girl that you wanted to do my pedicure was also an illegal. Additionally, there was this time I forgot my ankle bracelet on the pedicure chair because I took it off per the tech's suggestion. I called to let you guys know about it and that my husband would be there to pick my ankle bracelet up for me. As soon as my husband arrived, he asked if you guys could provide the recordings when the tech told me to take out my ankle bracelet, and what you did was just gave him my ankle bracelet back and said that you didn't have time to pull up the recordings for it. You seem to have MD behind your name and I apologize for spending my money on you.

I’ve been a loyal customer for six years and tonight I was tossed around like a toy between people I asked for very square and the gentleman continued to take my nail off and then make them coffin I will no longer be coming back

Very friend environment and clean but every time I've gotta a manicure there, my polish is chipped and my nails start to break because they drill and make them so thin and weak. I had beautiful long strong nails before I went in Tuesday and 2 days later they're bending chipping amd breaking. I. Very upset I paid for my hands to be destroyed. :"( I will never get my hands done here again old polish they have to put remover in just to get some out of it. And my cuticles are always left chucky and not cut completely. Great pedis tho. Just no hands.

Feeling truly spoiled after my mani-pedi before my youngest child's wedding this weekend. Absolutely love and am obsessed with my very first powder dip manicure and my future daughter-in-law's favorite color. I have gotten 4 services here and I am comfortable to say when you find your person try and book with them again! If you want a tech to be quick, talkative, or detailed you just need to go a few times to find the best tech for your needs. Never have had a bad set. Have sat in the chair for a long time with some of their more detail oriented techs.

After multiple bad visits, I have decided to make a review. I went the whole fall and winter without a manicure. So naturally, I was excited. I grew my nails out. They were nice and strong. I have a wedding coming up, so it was important to me that my nails look nice. As I sat down, the girl came and sat down. She didn't say anything, the guy beside her, this is your last one. Which made me feel like I was holding up her leaving. I asked for almond shape. She didn't even soak my nails. She just went and pushed my cuticles down and did not cut them at all. Used the machine file burnt me several times as she diminished my nails to a thin and short stubby nails. She even took the file under my nail. She just kept filing my nails over 6 times in the hour I was there. I called the next day and explained I requested a certain person because I have been told several times they can't do almond shape on me. The person I requested wasn't there. I requested to give me some of my money back. That I will go somewhere else. They responded back, saying if I'd like to come back in, they will fix it. I don't want a single other person from there to touch my nails. I paid 60 dollars plus tip for ruined nails and cuticles hanging.

I have been going to Paris Nails for quite a while now. Tracy is my go to girl. Excellent work and I am never dissatisfied. Wendy does a fanominal job as well. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love this place. You won't be disappointed.

A few weeks ago I got a pedicure done at this salon when in town visiting family. They did a spectacular job! The service was amazing and my pedicure is still perfectly intact. I highly recommend you visit this salon!

I have been going there for years and I've never had a bad manicure. I have had many different nail techs work on me and I have never had a bad experience. I usually do the dip powder and they always look beautiful and last until they grow out.

I went to get my nails done in dip today. The guy didn’t go all the way to the top and charged me an extra $10 bucks for my natural nails being too long. Didn’t like that they don’t talk to the customers either. The workers chit chat among themselves in native tongue.

My favorite place to get my nails done. I typically make an appointment so that I don't have to wait. I get dip powder on my nails and the application typically last me about three weeks or so. I have seen three different technicians here and the quality of the work has been very exceptional.

This is the best nail salon hands down! The staff is kind and skilled, the salon is very clean. Every time I leave my nails look beautiful and exactly what I ask for which makes me happy! I am very picky and prior to finding this salon I had tried other nail salons in the area and they can’t compare, I only come here.

You can’t go wrong with this place! I’m not sure how anyone gives them a review under 5 stars. My coworker recommended this place as her and her family have been going here for years and I finally gave it a try and haven’t gone anywhere else since. The best part is you don’t have to see one specific person to ensure your nails look great, everyone that works here does incredible work and is very friendly. Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This salon was recommended to me and I was extremely disappointed. I came here on Monday .I have now a nail infection .I'm extremely upset and disgusted. This place was not clean. Very expensive for horrible service… you basically pay for polish. They don’t even touch the bottom of your feet unless you give them 70.00! Horrible service. The chairs are unclean. I’m assuming it was a cup holder, but it looked like an ash try on the arm of the massage chair. The place was dirty, the staff speaks Vietnamese noisy, the salon is small but they take guests in indiscriminately, I cannot relax with the noisy atmosphere and complicated. They use the cheese grater to shave my skin and use it for another customer with nothing antiseptic . They put the cheese grater in front of the restroom where near the garbage, too stinky and dirty . I will never go back and I will go out of my way to tell people to avoid this place. I refused to pay more than advertised for a horrible pedicure. This place should be shut down, if not at least investigated by Someone for price fraud! Will never return and I’m calling the health department. Absolutely ridiculous.
