Amanda is an absolutely amazing stylist. I had a vision and told her what I was looking for and she made my vision come to life. Very few stylists can do that especially when today was the first time we met. My cut, color and style was perfect. I'll be going back.

Very knowledgeable, gave suggestions on how to work toward healthy hair and did a great overall job with my cut and color. If she doesn't feel the style you want will work, she explains why and doesn't give you a false hope of trying to give you the look you want if it won't work with the condition of your hair. Will definitely be back.

I am very meticulous how my hair is cut. I’m not good at explaining how I want my haircut, I just know exactly what I want in my mind. I have been too several high end salons and small owner salons and NO one could ever cut my hair the way I wanted. Or they were rude, not personable, just no communication skills....and quick with washing your hair. Amanda takes the time to give you a head massage while washing your hair! My favorite part! Amanda hit it spot on the first time I went to her (which I was skeptical because of all the horrible experiences I had in the past). ABSOLUTELY LOVE the way Amanda just knows what to do and I’m in love every time I leave! Never will I leave! Amanda is so personable and easy to talk too. She can relate! Oh and her prices are very reasonable!!

The business is well established. They care more about their customers hair than ambiance in the salon. I'm sure that helps with the costs! James Sotak: Very precise with highlighting and making it look natural. Color is exactly like the picture I brought in. Hair cut was a little choppy, but I've had worse.

Being new the area, I was very apprehensive to find a new stylist after being with the same stylist for nearly ten years. My worries washed away when James did a beautiful job on my hair. I had my hair balayaged and cut. The color looks so natural, bright, and even, and my hair looks and feels so healthy. Great job! I will definitely be returning.

Had an appointment with James. He overbooked himself so I had to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment, and even though i had purchased a balayage, basically only did a root touch up, left couple copper looking spots and a line an inch down from my part that is very noticeable. They are friendly enough, but I don't feel they are competent, especially for what they charge. I still thanked and tipped them, but do not recommend to anyone.

It was my first time with Amanda Jones to have my hair cut ..when I came there I was so nervous and try to explain to her how I want my hair to be like .. because my hair dresser messed it up so bad ..Amanda listen to what I want and need it came out so nice and beautiful .. she did great job .. AMAZING!!! AJ (Amanda Jones, owner) is my stylist, and she is EXTREMELY talented at what she does! She was so helpful when I was looking to do something different with my hair, and it turned out AWESOME!! I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair! She has years and years of experience, so you know she knows what she is talking about! She constantly educates herself with all the new procedures, products, techniques, so you will always have the cutting edge(no pun intended...but it fits! :) experience with her! She offers "Balayage" as an alternative to foiling. Not many salons around the GR area offer this service. You probably haven't heard of it, but it is all the rage with the Hollywood elite! I prefer this method, it grows out beautifully and very natural! I could rave on and on about Amanda's abilities, but you just need to check her out for yourself!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! :)

My appointment was easy to schedule with the online services. My hair cut was great and service was excellent. I was able to park easily and go have lunch right in town where the salon is located.
