This woman has hands that work miracles! I had a really bad work injury that resulted in excruciating back pain. It was hard for me to move, hard to sleep and I was missing work because of the pain. After one session with Michelle I felt like a new woman. A fine touch indeed!

I couldn't even get in to have my treatments done because the person I spoke to (the owner) was very rude. She would not honor my gift certificate that I purchased directly from her. The customer service was extremely subpar. I wouldn't waste my time or money here. Granted, I didn't get a service done. But with how rude and non-customer oriented my interaction was, I'm glad that I decided just to cancel my appointments.

Such an awkward experience. Had to hve my service changed 3 times due to scheduling conflicts. Did not have a card reader for the Spa week gift cards and then nearly accused me of having a fake gift card. Won’t be headed back or recommending.

I followed stylist Markie over here from Vasaio, which was an easy choice to make, as she is the most talented colorist to ever work on my hair (and kind and sociable, to boot!). This week for my birthday, I scheduled a massage and facial with Michelle/Markie respectively, which completely exceeded my expectations! It was SO wonderful, that I will be seeing Michelle again next Monday! Thank you ladies, for taking such great care of me.

I was referred to go see Michelle and that she would help my sciatica and back problems that I have had for over 15 years and so I called and she got me in that day was very appreciated especially because I couldn't move very good and felt horrible and had a long flight to meet a VIP the next day. I could not believe she loosened me up so good I was walking straight when I left and never knew I had a issue and when I returned back to Michigan she had gotten me right away, she had stressed that the body would react better if I could get to the problems within that week and I was amazed she again made me feel better that I wished I would have met her years ago. I see michelle on a regular basis to keep loose and have not had any pain for years. She's the best. She goes out of her way to help you. She even pulled a sliver out of my foot.

Always had bad sciatic nerve pain from traveling and standing ! Went to numerous places nobody had a clue how to give any relief . FINALLY somebody that knew what caused it and how to help me ! One fine touch was the only place that gave me relief of the pain I was having and taught me some exercise to keep it under control ! HIGHLY RECOMEND MICHELLE AND THIS DAY SPA !
