I had wash, condition, cut, and blow dry from Dawn and my hair came out FABULOUS! I have never been more happy with salon results! This shop provided great service, plays good music, and has excellent customer service. Will definitely book another service.

Booked online. Third worst haircut and I'm over 50. Stephanie cut my hair. I brought in a picture of a bob .Came home and 2 hours later I'm still in tears. Looked NOTHING like what I asked for and it is uneven and lopsided. She tried to fix it but I was afraid of it getting worse. They Charge 4% extra for using credit cards and tips have to be in cash on top of charging 6 dollars to dry your hair with zero products. You mean to tell me they make you leave with a wet head in the middle of winter?!? What douchebags.

Went in last night an hour before closing with a hair emergency. Dawn and Crystal were so warm and accommodating and helped me right away. They stayed open later to help me. Needless to say, they fixed the problem and I love my hair (after Crystal fixed it!) I will only go here from now on and I highly recommend them!!! Thank you!!

My first time there, I needed to get my hair done for my son's wedding. I wanted my hair to look great. My stylist was Jackie, she did such a great job, I received so many compliments on the color and cut. Jackie is a sweet heart and easy to talk to. This will now be my salon of choice. The prices are reasonable.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I had the pleasure of having Ann as my stylist and she was wonderful. I described to her what I wanted and she asked me questions to further understand and she got it perfectly! I couldn’t be happier with my cut and blowout. Definitely would recommend to any friend or family member!

I went here as a walk in on a Saturday morning and I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie and she squeezed me in for a highlight. I haven't been to a salon for 5 years and she made me feel very comfortable. She also did exactly what I asked for and I absolutely LOVE how my hair looks now! Everyone there including the receptionist were very friendly and helpful in every way. The salon was very relaxing, clean and a cool place to be on a hot day.i will go there again. The prices were reasonable. I'm so happy I went there!

The people here are actually really nice and I recommend them. Walk ins are welcome and it's not too expensive. If your in Red Oaks Mill go here they did a good job, most importantly are very kind and welcoming.

Jackie, did a great job cutting my 83 year old Mother hair. Nice haircut. My Mom was happy. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jackie, and she gave me a haircut. Nice and neat. The place is clean. Bathroom is clean and the staff is friendly. Maryanne, at the front desk is very polite and takes your appointments. Yes. I would recommend. I’m very disappointed with my cut I have been to this salon three time and I don’t know why I keep trying them out. They don’t listen nor care about the cut they give you. The owner doesn’t greet you and staff seem to be unhappy. I will not be returning to this salon,

Such a wonderful salon! Anne does my keratin straightening and haircuts and they are consistently wonderful. I receive so many compliments about how shiny and healthy my hair looks. The entire staff is friendly and they are always able accommodate my schedule when making appointments. It's a warm and welcoming space with very talented stylists — I highly recommend A Cut From Above!

Best experience ever!! After a nightmare at another salon that actually had my daughter in tears, we called A Cut From Above and they gave us a same day appointment on a Sunday. Dawn was amazing and corrected my daughters hair color. She was caring and understanding and overall a pleasure. She recommended a product for my daughter to use on her blonde hair. My daughter came home and got right on FaceTime with her friends to show off her new hair. This time it was all happy tears!! We have definitely found our new salon and I highly recommend anyone looking to call Dawn.

I love getting my hair taken care of here! Cuts, color, treatments, anything! I originally would go to the salon located at the Galleria Mall but once I came here i NEVER looked back. Crystal does an amazing job, EVERYTIME. I NEVER sit down on her chair with a single doubt in mind! Definitely give this place a try.

I had been looking for a reasonable hair salon since I’ve moved upstate from living in the city. Jess was recommended to me by my sister. Jess will now be my new beautician. The salon was clean, everybody was friendly and they are very reasonably priced. Jess was very professional, knew exactly what she was doing, sparked up good conversation and really nailed what I asked for. She did everything perfectly, was very knowledgeable about what I wanted, and was able to answer all of my questions. I loved the fact that she was very honest about products. I will be returning and I am happy I found them as my new salon.
