Bad service, my wife didn’t want to say anything but I will. This ppl just rush can’t even try to be helpful and understand what their clients want. Who ever does the make-up there doesn’t do a good job. At least they were able to do her hair ok.

Best hair salon in Richmond! Lovely experience!! I love how my hair turned out!! I’ve been doing my hair with Sandy and Silvia for the past 5 years and so far they’ve done an amazing job with any color and style I ask them to do!! All of the girls are very profesional, kind and sweet makes you feel like family! The only hair salon that I trust with my hair!! Highly recommend!!

Muy mala experiencia La señora Silvia no sabe lo que hace tiene mala técnica en todo Aparte es una persona pedante Llegue con Cabello Largo y natural a que me realizara un Balayage confiando que me haría un buen trabajo y solo arruinó mi cabello dejándome el cabello naranja con partes amarillas y no quiso hacerme un rembolzo supuestamente porque me hizo el trabajo si un trabajo totalmente mal hecho y me termino culpando a mi que porque nose lo que quiero más bien ella no sabe lo que hace esta desactualizada. No confíes en las fotos que postean en sus páginas. Muy mal trabajo.

I called to see if they could take a walk-in haircut, and she was able to! I came into the shop and had a great haircut, lots of layers, and it looks great! I have very long thick hair, she did a great job with it! Good service, very professional and talented. Will return!

Would highly recommend. I moved here from Virginia and had same hair dresser for 20 years. Tried several Salons but just was not satisfied. Silvia was able to duplicate the style I had in Virginia. I am definitely pleased!
