I absolutely love 815! They always go off of a picture I show and nail it everytime! I’ve never had a problem with them not being able to do it :)

Always a pleasure going to 815 Nails..staff is friendly, talented and very personable. The environment is comfy & relaxing and most importantly they really do treat you as an individual! I didn't feel like a customer...It felt like I was with friends!!I recommend checking them out if you're needing a good pampering!

Made an appointment for my daughter, showed up for the appointment and they were closed. Talk about a huge disappointment to my daughter who was looking forward to it. Our business will go elsewhere.

I love my nails and will be going back in 2 weeks for a spooky set, they don’t have very good management on time (if you have something else planned besides getting your nails done it can be annoying) my nails are also slightly crooked (I blame them being crooked on me, I have a hard time staying still, lol) sadly during hoco my friend accidentally broke it :(. Nonetheless the nails are gorgeous the photos don’t do them justice, the people there are very welcoming and start conversation 💕

Staff was was great and super helpful. It was mine and my daughter's first time doing nails and they explained it all and made us feel super comfy. My daughter's nails look amazing 😊

Best place to get your nails done in the area. They are affordable, very friendly staff, and great location. They also are very talented and good at what they do they aren’t ruff any manicure you choose will last for a long time and it won’t leave your nails damaged in any way. My nail tech was Osiris and she was great took her time and made sure I liked everything before moving on. I highly recommend this place.

I had heard several negatives about 815 Nails, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance. I booked a 10:00 a.m. appointment using their online booking app and showed up for my appointment only to be told they were booked up for the day and that the online app shouldn’t have let me book an appointment for that time. The gentleman didn’t even apologize or offer any sort of resolution. Very poor service- especially to a first-time customer. Thats ok though, I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

I will not be back! I had sent a text to 815 nails asking if they fill in gel nails and how much it would be?! They responded back to me that it would be $35 The next day, after work I had called and asked if they could get me in, they said yes and when I got there, there was a guy at the desk that told me to pick out colors and I asked him if the colors he gave me would work for GEL NAILS, he told me yes and even brought my color I picked to the girl that did my nails! After the girl did my nails, I walked up to pay the man at the register, he charged me $50!! Almost DOUBLE the price of what was communicated in text! I asked him why he charged me so much and showed him my text message with the price they quoted me. He goes to speak to the girl and comes back to tell me that because she did acrylic, they charged more. I NEVER ASKED FOR ACRYLIC and she didn't ask me what I wanted so I just assumed he communicated that to her when I asked him if the color I picked would work on my GEL nails. I paid $60 to have my full set put on at another location, I go here to get my nails FILLED and they charge $50!! Because they used acrylic?! That's crazy!!

Brought a group of girls for my daughters 9th birthday party to the salon for mani/pedis. 815 nails was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make this such a special experience for the girls 🥰 would highly recommend!

Paid 70 dollars plus tip for a French short full set only for 3 of them to pop off in less than 2 days. No strenuous activity or anything that would make them come off. Crusted powder left along the sides, edges of all nails are now lifting, as well as some of the nails are pointed strangely upward but not all. Sides of my natural nails are not covered, and paint is uneven from finger to finger. Edges left scraggly. Service was kind, but not quality.

I am new to the area and I came across this gem. I have been here twice now and they offer builder gel which no one else does without charging you an arm and a leg. I have had my nails done by both Monica and Osiris and they have both done a great job. They take their time to make sure your nails are how you want them. Give them a try if you’re looking for great quality nails.

I had a 4 pm appointment. Took an hour to finish a pedicure. Waited another 20 minutes to be told it would be another 45 to get a full set of nails so I left. Worst and not even an I'm sorry.
