Don't ever ever ever EVA EVA get ya nails done at this facility. I should've known better it was completely empty with only 2 workers. Unclean with incompetent nail techs. My nails were streaked and uneven crooked lines in my design. Just the worst nail experience I ever had.

I absolutely love this place!! I'm new to Greensboro and my nail tech made me feel like family.. I came in there two times and they never forgot my name I'm a loyal customer now and if I moved to a different city I would travel to come back to saline because she does such a good job doing my nails

I came here on the regular to see Celine and had ZERO issues. She was able to execute a STILETTO mail with no issues. I found out today Celine left, no big. I decided to go try things out just to see because they’ve always done me right. Man, The lady that did my nails had an attitude, my nails are crooked, my nail bed is RED and this isn’t stiletto? I asked for a black and red stiletto and this is what i got. I even told the tech repeatedly what I asked for when I noticed i was NOT getting that. I didn’t pay $85 for a freestyle. $85 wasted. I hope i can locate Celine because she was the best nail tech this place had, hands down.

I have been coming to this shop for a while now. To see Celine’s growth as a nail tech has been amazing! She is always nice, courteous and goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable. I am the type of client to understand wait times (especially since Celine does great nails). Celine works great under pressure and she is so humble! She always clean my cuticle area so well to ensure my nails last for weeks! Her shaping is TOP TIER! I always stick to plain nails, but I tried something new and Celine delivered!! My nails look great! Of course I will be back! Thank you Celine 💕

I love this place! This is the only shop I go to and my nail tech name is Selene, she does a wonderful job. Everyone there is polite and professional. Definitely recommending this place❤️❤️

The ladies in there were so nice and welcoming, along with the other customers. The woman that did my nails was amazing, very talkative, funny, and sweet. Only bad thing is that my cuticles got a little torn up.

My experience with this salonwas horrible! Before getting my granddaughters nails done I ask will the nails last because she had short nails. The owner assured us that they would. We spent $ 200 in her salon that day .Well after the 4th day they started falling off while we were on vacation, came back on the 8th day she only had 4 nails on. Well the non professional owner went from sweet little social butterfly to a unreasonable nasty rude woman. threatening to call the cops. When that was totally unnecessary. (Karen) She lost 3 customers that day. Don’t believe the hype when you go to these places. Evidently they don’t care about the customer.

1st he hurt my finger with the electric file and was very rude. he cut my finger nails down to the num, very rough. the first picture is what i got and the 2nd is what i asked for. not even the same length nor shape. customer service was terrible. won’t be going there again, disrespectfully :)

I got SNS on my natural nail by Lisa and she was amazing! Very professional. She helped me find something that I liked. And talked to me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. This place was also very affordable!

I have never had an awful experience ever in any salon except this one. Salon wasn’t practicing basic hygiene guidelines. The lady hurt three of my fingers from which two of them were bleeding. Then she left me in the middle of the nail removal treatment and the man started doing it . They’re not even done properly. I’m really disappointed with bandages on my fingers. I will never go back and would never recommend anyone else to go.

I went to get a filling and a pedicure .. The man that did it was rude, left them all bulky and crooked. It did not seemed like i had a filling done you could see the previous nails under the new acrylic he put on top, Two of the nails fell the next day.. and nails started to look more bulky and seems like they just out along with my finger can't see the cuticle. He just painted them on top of my previous color, it just seems like if my 7 yr old daughter painted them .. when a lady was available to do my pedicure he asked me to go and have a seat at the chair. I walked to the chair and the lady that was supposed to do them, went to the back did not bother to say have a seat I'll be back. I was standing there i did not know if it was ok for me to sit down already. Her coworker asked me rude what was i doing standing there i said i was getting a pedi, she told me to sit down. I was left on the chair with my feet in the water for more than 25 minutes , lady never came back, the other worker left and came back but did not bother to say she could do them for me. They both were at the back of the salon. I got up told the guy to just go ahead and finish my nails i wasn't doing the pedicure no more. Also the place is very dirty, saw a roach going up on a client's shoe. Seems like they never clean it. It was my FIRST AND LAST time coming here....

My first time coming here and my last. I walked in for a pedicure and the woman told me to go ahead and sit in a chair and someone would take care of me. The young lady that was at the chairs seemed very agitated, like she did not want to be there. She was slamming things and stomping her feet so I was somewhat relieved when a man came from the back to do my toes. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the quality of his work. Not only did I feel like his work was sloppy, he cut the skin on my cuticles so hard that my toe started bleeding and I didn’t even get so much as an apology. Very disappointed

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO U HEAR ME I PAID 122 THAT DAY THAT NIGHT FIRST NIGHT ONE NAIL LITTERALLY FELL OFF IN THE SHOWER NEXT DAY ANOTHER ONE WENT BK DO U KNOW SHE HAD THE ARCACIDITY TO TRY TO CHARGE ME TO FIX MY NAIL I WAS LIVID NEVER EVER AGAIN IN LIFE ON GOD PLUS THE PLACE SMELLS BAD AND SHE WAS CONSTANTLY COUGHING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I had to go to Lee NAIL in the Mall to fix her hot mess she should be sued for malpractice and shut down place is a DUMP NEVER EVER AGAIN

The lady who did my nails was super nice and sweet. However the nails were super thin and began breaking the same day. My nails were super short and shouldn't have broken the same day. I went to the salon (after calling and being advised that they could redo it or refund me) to see what we could we do to fix my nails. The lady I spoke with was the most rude lady I've ever experienced in my entire life. She said it was none of her business bc she didn't do my nails (even tho she was the only one in the salon at the time) and to speak with the lady who did my nails. When I asked is there a manager that I could speak bc she was rude or when would the lady who did my nails be in. She began screaming at me and threatened to call the police for asking her questions. Not to mention they have roaches in the back of the facility. I have never have such a horrible experience in my life.
