Asked for my nails to be shaped, not shortened, gel polish with chrome overlay. She filed my nails soo short that my fingers hurt and cut the skin at the edges of my nails. I asked for a chrome finish on my nails, the lady did a horrible job. The chrome finish was blotty, and the gel polish was chipping off in under 24 hours. They do NOT have a refund policy. They "fixed" the nail that was chipped, and now 9 fingers look one way and the one someone else there "fixed", does NOT match the others and it took 10 minutesfor them to locate the "chrome" they used. After attempting match it by using 3 different colors and not removing them before using a different one. They were very rude when asking what polish they used and then when I tried to look at the polish on the walls to find the correct color. I would definitely NOT recommend their services.

Great place to take your girl to get her nails done! Not sure if the guy was the manager or the owner, but he made my girl super happy and kept me entertained while I waited. Couldn't ask for better.

I got a full set of gel acrylics that turned out thick and uneven. One of my nails is an entirely different shape and length compared to the others. The customer service was lacking; the person helping me got annoyed when I asked for changes. Way overpriced for the poor quality, and I won't be returning.

So I came in around 7:20, 10 minutes to close. I called ahead to make sure this would be okay, and they assured me to come in. I received the worst nails I have ever gotten. The polish was all over my entire finger, the polish didn’t dry between layers. I have attached pictures of 3 days after showing the polish is sliding off as well as the polish around my nails. the shaping is atrocious, and I have bubbles of polish on each nail. I can not believe I paid $60 for this. Never returning, want my money back.

They always do a great job. My manicure lasts 3-4 weeks every time.

After soaking my nails they took the bowl and poured it back into the jug. The manager seems very tough on the girls they look like they are walking on pins needles/ look stressed and scared.

Decent service compared to the other salons around town. For a quick mani/ pedi, this place can do it. They also offer waxing , which I love for the convenience.

I just found my new favorite nail spa! I’ve gotten 2 pedicures there and they have been so nice! There store is so clean the staff are so sweet they gave us necklaces for free , you need to come to this place for sure you won’t regret it!

I made an appointment a week ahead for three people to get manis and pedis and was reassured we all would sit together. Once we arrived that was not the case. We were all immediately separated and stuck with rude employees besides one which was the youngest employee there (who was quite kind). The lady that did my nails and pedi rushed. I was maybe in the pedi chair for not even 10 minutes and it was far from a relaxing pedicure experience I have had in the past at different salons. The nails she did were extremely uneven and extremely messy and when I addressed this with her multiple times throughout her doing them she reasssured me she would fix it. At end they were still incredibly uneven and the worst I have ever had. When I addressed this with her once more she was extremely rude and attempted to tell me they were not slanted and uneven so I gave up and went home with expensive nails that I hated. The rest of my party had the same experience here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will never return.

I normally don't have issues when I come here, but when I was in last for a dip appointment, I felt rushed, my skin was dremmeled and took a week to heal, and my nails were very thick and uneven. I had the younger nail technician prior to this appointment, and she was very methodical and checked to be sure every step of the way that I was happy with my nails. I didn't catch her name, but she is very kind and polite and takes her time. She's the only one of their staff I would recommend.

The employees were extremely nice! But, I got a full set manicure. With a letter on my ring fingers. And the letters weren't very good. Then when finished I noticed all of my nails were uneven. And the letters were not that good.

Do good job n not expensive. Only thing is I didn't like the fact that they did whatever pedicure they wanted and cost me more $. Also quality of work could be better. Nail shaping n thickness could be better. It looks like drill bits are used already.

Edit: i called this morning and talked to the manager. They redid them and it was much better. They picked the wrong color for my middle nail, but i also wasnt paying attention to that color until it was on, and its pretty so im not upset about it. Ive not had my nails done since i was a teenager, but decided to pamper myself. I was disappointed. My nails arent quite right. My nail tech never spoke and kept like slapping my hands to get me to move my hand the way he wanted. I was told one price when i explained what i wanted, but charged more. And i did not have time to argue or get them redone. I would not recommend this place.

I just found my new favorite nail spa!!! 5 Star Nails & Spa truly earns 5 stars!!! The salon is very clean and well organized. They were very busy, but were able to accommodate everyone that walked in very efficiently. The gentleman who did my nails was very polite and professional, taking the extra step to let me know up front what if any extra charges there would be (this as a big deal to me as I have been to salons thinking this was the price only to find out at the register they are charging me for something else that I wasn't expecting). He did a great job on my nails, and most importantly, NO PAIN!!! Again, I have been to other salons and just always assumed pain was a part of the process (beauty is pain😅), but truly he was very gentle and cautious to ensure no nics or pain of any kind. Also, he gives great hand massages!! The young lady who did my daughter's nails was super sweet. She was equally gentle and also did a great design for her. She listened to what she wanted and did exactly what she asked for, without trying to pressure her into other things. Definitely coming back for a pedicure and more!!

Staff were nice but my nails were not it. I got whoye coffin shaped acrylics and all of my nails are different sizes and shapes. Some thinner some thicker, some longer and some shorter. I paid $45 and did not tip complete waste of money

had almond acrylics put on with gel polish and later refilled at the same salon (only because I couldn’t get in anywhere else).. the nails themselves came out fine (more so the second time, the first time they were iffy) - but both times the different tech made me bleed with the drill and the second time my nail bed was drilled too short so it was quite painful.. I’m satisfied with my nails I just wish they’d PLZ be more careful

i gave the guy my inspiration picture and he did nothing the picture showed. my nails are clumpy and uneven. i paid $55 plus a tip and the nails are not worth the money i paid for them. i don’t recommend going there.

This place is horrible and dirty inside. I went to get a gel polish change. I told the lady what I wanted and she started with the design and I didn’t like how it looked and asked her to take it off. She goes it’s beautiful and scoffed at me. She then proceeded to tell me if I don’t like it don’t come back. That is exactly what I am going to do NOT EVER GO BACK. I am not going to pay for something that doesn’t look right. To boot she did a horrible job shaping my nails and kept filing and buffing them even though they had been don’t the day before I just wanted different polish and my salon was not open. The salon was very dirty and had a bad smell. Don’t waste you money at this place they are rude and not talented. She also kept hurting my cuticles with all of the filing. There are way too many salons out there that are much nicer and more talented.

I have never had a bad service at this facility. Grwat customer service and very polite. Services are always amazing.
