I went to get a Pedicure back in August, since then I been having the worst ingrown nail in my big toe, leading to infection, swollenness and a lot of pain and discomfort. Today I had to go to the orthopedic and get my nail removed PERMANENTLY just because they did a bad job in this place. I regret coming in here and do not recommend it to anybody. I would like to get contacted by a manager and discuss this problem in more depth.

I've been coming here for some time now and I'm very happy with the treatment and they always make you feel welcomed and treat you like your family and always ask about your family, I love mommie and her niece and nephew, and he does a awesome job and I will go no were else but 39 Nails. I love them and I look forward to my every two week visit with my extended family ❤️❤️❤️

My wife and I made a last minute appointment for a Sunday, and 39 Nail Salon was extremely accommodating for us. Once we arrived, they were so great, treated us like we were special, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. My wife has had many pedicures, and swears 39 Nail Salon has given her the best she’s ever had. We will definitely be back, and bring all our friends!

The staff were so sweet and welcoming! I was a walk in appointment and it didn’t take long to get done. I showed her the design I wanted for a Disney trip this weekend and she did amazing!!!! I will be making another trip here with my mom for some pedicures! I will definitely be coming to this salon regularly!

Expensive. Didn't even get my callouses off. Just barely trimmed & filed my toes & painted them. Manicure w no color.. same price as my friends that got color on their finger nails. Big disappointment. I only went as a day out with my friends. I paid $60 for this. Big ripoff! I kept my standing appointment with my regular pedicurist ONLY 3 days later. He even commented on polish on my cuticles & that my toe cuticles hadn't even been trimmed. My guy is great and these people couldn't even do a half decent job!!! I'm sitting here 3 days later getting my toes done by my regular guy. He just said "they didn't do s#!+!

Hi, I AM 15 years old and it was my first time to arrive the store because I have party in my house and I want to get my nail done so I went there and when I went inside everything was normal I was looking around and the lady with pink dress che was thinking that I am a thief and trying to hurt but I want to look and get my nails done after few minutes she was talking with me in a mean way and she told me to get out then I went and call my mom she was talking mean to her too and she told use to call 911 and showing her attitude. And I hope you never go there and she was very very very rud😡😡

I went here after getting a service I wasn’t happy with elsewhere. She really took her time and created the perfect set! I only showed her the inspo once. The lemons are stickers I added myself. A little expensive for Gainesville but worth it for the quality!

I went to this location last Friday (04/12) for a pedicure. Our appointment was at 2 pm. My wife and I sat in chairs for the next 45 minutes before our services even started. My tech began working on me and for the next 2 hours this continued. The tech must have been brand new. She was timid, she was not sure of what to do and had to keep asking the owner and others around what to do and how to do it. When she found out what to do it was done very poorly. This tech should have never been put in a position to work on any customer as she was not ready or prepared. She should have worked on other workers to get the training she needed because she lacked any skills at all. My nails were uneven, and I had areas where my skin was cut and bleeding. The massage did not happen. This tech was not sure what to do or how to do so she skipped around the whole service leaving one thing done on one foot and not on the other. My wife's pedicure started 25 minutes after mine did. However, her service was completed a full hour prior to mine. I charged full price ($45.00) for this horrible experience with a tech who is not trained. We mentioned the issues to the tech and other workers around her. Little to nothing was done. Another tech with more experience wanted to trim the skin on my toes more but by this time they were already red and hurting.

Great nails/design, best pedicure I've literally ever had! I did do the pedi upgrade to be fair, but the upgrade here is a whole spa day for your lower body, including hot stone massage! My feet and heels have never been so soft! My toes look cute, perfect french tip! 10/5! Coming back for sure!

Hoang and family have been my nail people for many, many, many years at a different location. I always get the Deluxe spa mani/pedi for the pampering and the wonderful massage. The massage chairs are wonderful and you get to enjoy one no matter what kind of pedicure you book. When I found out about this new store a little over 3 weeks ago, I was very pleasantly surprised. It's new, it's clean, and I met Zuli who is also eager to please. This gel fill mani over my real nails is over 3 weeks old with the inexpensive nail polish I bring in. Though I need to go back again soon, it's really nice to have a manicure with some staying power!

Hoang does an amazing job with the manicure and pedicure as well as eyebrow waxing. I can always call or text and get an appointment and she is so friendly and kind. The new location is beautiful and immaculate. It's so relaxing to come here to be pampered. I love supporting this local family owned business. My nails and toes always look amazing,
