Carla is a great stylist and is very knowledgeable about hair and hair growth. My hair is very healthy, looks great and has grown tremendously. She’s professional and friendly. I moved here from Chicago almost 3 years ago and have been going to her ever since. I highly recommend!

Carla is a true professional who is very knowledgeable about hair and color. Not all stylists have her knowledge and skill. When I became her client about four months, my hair was damaged. Now my hair is growing and getting stronger. She is amazing.

I have had the pleasure of going to Carla Tarkington for my hair care services, since the early 90's. She is not only an amazing stylist that cares about how your hair looks, but also the health of your hair. I always get sooooo many compliments after my visits with Carla. She is not just amazing. She is a very talented and extrordinary stylist. Google only allows 5 stars....However, I'm giving Carla Tarkington 100 stars.

I love getting my hair done by Carla and have never been disappointed by her work! She keeps my hair hydrated and healthy, even with a relaxer. She is the only hair stylist that does my hair and I happily refer to her to family and friends. The online scheduling process is very intuitive and easy to do, the salon is clean and the location is very accessible (right off of Dickerson Rd in East Nashville). I'm glad I found someone I can trust to do my hair. Thanks, Carla and 2MuchHair!

I enjoy my experience each time I make an appointment. The cleanness of the the Salon was immaculate before COVID-19. Carlas skills are amazing From the take down to the shampoo to the braid up and sew in. I glimpse at my self in the mirror and say “listen you know that’s not your real hair rite?” “But Sis!!!! It look so Good like you grew it Sis!! So if yo hair ain’t hitting in yo selfies just Rite getchu some 2muchhair in Ya life!!!! Waymin and she has such a calming voice like she reads children bedtime stories on Audible when she’s not doing hair.

Carla is an amazing professional stylist! I really love all of her work and her great personality. I’ve been going to Carla for about 8 years. And she has always done a great job! I love everything about Carla when it comes to my hair. She’s kinda like my “hair doctor” bc she knows everything that my texture of hair needs like nutrients that I’m lacking and what kind of hair products to use. Carla is the best at what she does! I have had my hair dyed platinum blonde for 2 years now and haven’t had any breakage.
