First time going to 2% salon and I am obsessed!! Rania is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. I’ve never left a salon feeling as good and confident as I did with Rania. Her ability to look at a video/pictures of the intended cut and deliver with precision is unmatched. I had very long hair and decided to cut it all off, thus being extremely hesitant and nervous. I asked for a long bob and got exactly what was in the video I showed. The volume, the style, the length, everything was just perfect. My family and friends all believe this is the best hair style I’ve ever had and I owe it all to Rania. So thank you, I’ll be back soon.

Rania was my hairdresser and she is the sweetest and most kindest person, helping me decide what colors would be best for highlighting, perfectly curling and styling my hair, answering questions and walking me through the overall process!! 💞

Amazing salon, clean, chic and great staff. Very experienced and kind. Good prices too! I went in with self chopped bangs and bleach damaged hair. I really needed a miracle to look good again and it was done. Definitely going again :)

Edit: I was contacted by the owner, Wissam, who was very apologetic and offered me a refund and to fix my hair free of charge. My experience with Rania is not indicative of her previous work, I just think she didn’t have experience working with hair that was as damaged as mine. I plan to book with Wissam in the future, and look forward to it! - I had come in today (Jan 4,2025) looking for some help fixing my over processed, self-bleach disaster and left looking worse than I did when I got there. Rania was combed my hair very aggressively and I could hear my hair strands snapping as she was brushing, she was also combing my hair quite rough while the dye was processing. She treated my hair as if it was healthy when she was well aware of the damage I came in with. Her colour job was good, that’s about it. Based on all the reviews saying how fantastic she was, I assumed she knew what she was doing but it’s very clear she did not. One of the other employees even seemed upset with her work. I would have brought up how unhappy I was with my hair, but she kept making comments about the salon closing at 6 so I felt like I couldn’t. Now I have to shave my head as there is no way to fix her mistakes.

Wissam is one of most talented and experienced stylist in Windsor!! I have gone to him for over a year now and every service is done to perfection and professionalism not only that but he cares about your hair health and wants the best for you and your hair. Lana did an amazing job on my hair!! I came in with lots of grey, that needed covering, and a colour after using boxed dye was too dark for my liking. She was friendly, gentle, kind, offering me water, snack, and break. She added foils to lighten my hair, and I loveeeed it!! Felt like a new woman! Thankyou Lana❤️

I just went for my first time today at Two Percent Salon and the experience was unbelievable, Wissam has exceeded my expectstions! I told him what i wanted, and he executed it perfectly. My colour finish is stunning and also the haircut given me a positive change! Wissam, youre the best !!! for sure I’ll be coming back! Thank you!!
