12 Hour Massage

An appointment was scheduled. 12 Hour Massage sent an email canceling it, ELEVEN days before the appointment. Once it was received, I booked with another Spa. On December 17th, massage day, I was checking my bank account. There was a 162.00 charge from 12 Hour Massage. I called, the owner, Coco, followed up. I forwarded her the cancellation email. This morning she says, the booking company cancelled because it showed up as a duplicate in their system. So because I never called to cancel or confirm, the charges will not be reversed. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW? I received a cancellation notice. In my mind, its cancelled. So, I will be calling the BBB, I feel like I was robbed! Never ever will I go there or recommend this establishment.

Jacob Hantz is heaven sent y'all! I went in there for a specific area on my shoulder & neck and he killed it. I feel amazing! My chest was hurting before I got in there from all the pain in my shoulder and when I left I felt 100% better! I only got 30 minutes, but I’ll definitely be back for an hour with him & will continue to follow him, he is also there mobile massager! Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Thanks so much Jacob for making me feel better❤️

My partner and I received massages as a couple massage from Stacy and Ashley. Stacy is very strong for such a petite lady. She did my deep tissue massage and Ashley did my partners medium pressure massage. Very affordable, especially for the amazing experience.

I had a really great experience here about a month ago, so I booked again for today, but unfortunately with a different therapist. I was really looking forward to a good deep tissue massage. When asked where I wanted the focus, I told her shoulders/neck and lower back. While I did get a shoulder rub, my lower back was maybe “stretched” for about 15 seconds in total. More time was spent on my legs and feet, with the neck only being massaged about the last 5 minutes only. It was not the worst massage I have ever received but definitely not close to the best.

Oh my gosh my husband and I absolutely love this place! We try and come here as often as we can! Erica and CoCo are the absolute best! They are always so welcoming and accommodating! If you have never been, you should definitely try it!

My husband and I enjoyed a 90 minute hot stone couples massage today for our anniversary. Gena and Ashley made our experience amazing! Most comfortable beds, relaxing atmosphere, and awesome massage. Also incredibly affordable. We’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time getting a massage and it was fantastic. I got the 1 hour massage and it is worth every penny. And Mrs. Stacy was very nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling great. I'll be back again soon!

*****UPDATE***** Jasmine was awful. I requested for her to focus on my feet. So she did, but very poorly. Told her my toes and bottom of foot muscle tissue needed relief. She decided to barely apply pressure after I asked her to go harder, in which she answered “I don’t want to break your toes.” What a joke. I normally ask masseuse to go softer, but this was a rare case where I had to request more pressure. Definitely avoiding her from now on. As should you. On the positive side, me and my partner were there for a couples massage and Stacy did great for my spouse. She targeted knots and was consistent throughout the session. We left Stacy a $20 tip, but unfortunately they have to split the money among both masseuse.. Despite the other performing poorly. UPDATE: I was invited back due to my previous experience to discover Jasmine no longer works there. 12 hour massage went out of their way to invite me back and redo the session. Upon arrival, staff were extremely welcoming and and found me a therapist better suited for me. Needless to say, it’s been my best experience and I left feeling fully relieved of any pain and aches I was experiencing before. This was my 3rd visit and it was as great as the first time. I would 100% recommend this establishment and will definitely return. 10/10

I've been coming to this establishment for almost 2 years and I've never had a bad experience. All of these girls do their best to meet your needs and the very least a person could do is to Thank them. In my opinion they are all phenomenal and I'll continue to make my appointments with any of them. Shout out to Coco, Erica, Stacy, Ashley, and Jasmine. You girls are Amazing!!

My husband and I had a couples massage here when we were visiting. Honestly it was the best massage I have ever had. She found all of my cramped muscles and worked on them until they relaxed. 3 days later and my back still feels great.
