I attached this picture to my review of the beach because it is one of my most favorite places to be. I can find peace and serenity there as well as feel very relaxed. It's my HAPPY PLACE. !!! My job requires me to stand alot and as a result l suffer with sciatica. Being on my feet for long periods of time can be hard on a 55 year old body. Sharon is my dear friend l love her so but her hands are that of healing. The ambiance, peaceful lighting, soothing music, and HER HANDS was truly an amazing experience. Just what l needed and l am so disappointed that l hadn't been coming regularly. Word of advice if you are having aches and pains go to 1 Message At A Time it will be an experience you will never forget and will incorporate it routinely in your life. I feel wonderful just like when lm at the beach. I'm proud of you my bestie. I will be back again and again and again. Thank you!!!

Sharon was very patient, ready and willing to help. This hands-on MLD taught me things I didn't know I needed. I'm excited to practice MLD and post op MLD with this new training and knowledge. I wish there was a 2 part hands-on just to keep my skills sharp but I'll keep practicing to make it perfect. I will say that even though I have 10 years of experience in lymphatic drainage, I was still intimidated but Sharon reinforce the proper technique and hand positions. I felt comfortable and more confident afterwards. I also like that I got to feel the process for myself and demo on her a little. Thanks so much.

Being my first massage ever, Sharon made sure I was comfortable at all times. She was very professional and knew what she was doing. I told her where my problems were and she went from there. My only regret was only booking 60min. I am booking a longer session for next time. The building is clean, peaceful, and smells nice. They send a reminder text before your appointment as well as a confirmation email. You won't regret trying this place out.

Omgoodness. This was an amazing 2hrs.the place is so clean and smells amazing. She worked out my knots that are always in the same spot. Well worth the money for sure. Sharon has got some muscle!

Me and my husband had our first couples massage here and we both loved it! Mrs. Sharon was so sweet and her helper was also they did a wonderful job. We live 2 hours away and will definitely travel back to have another one soon! We both left relaxed and felt wonderful. The atmosphere is so welcoming and beautiful.

I love going to Mrs. Sharon for my usual massages! Went in 2 weeks ago for one full of pain, feeling weak, and tired. Not to mention, I suffer with allergies and almost always congested for my appointments. She always make accomodations for me by placing essential oils under the pillow to help with decongestion! After my massage I felt brand new and ready to take on my daily tasks. I expressed that I am on a weight loss journey so she recommended I tried her wraps. A few days prior to my appointment she texted me informing me of everything I would need to bring. When I went in she was very informative & she checked in on me every 15 minutes. The music she played was extremely relaxing and took my mind off of the heat. Once I really began to sweat she wet a cold wash cloth for me to even my body temperature out. Once I completed the process I felt energized and refreshed! She is super considerate and pays attention to her clients needs! Definitely worth the visit!

Mrs. Sharon was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and took her time. She was very nice and didn't rush at all. She was very helpful and I feel 100% better. I had a deep tissue full body massage and I ha an awesome experience. I will be going back and would recommend her to anyone!

I received full body massage and a body wrap, I loved every moment of it. I lost 4 inches after my body wrap and my skin had a gorgeous glow to it after my session. The products that she uses are natural and it leaves my skin feeling so soft and rejuvinated. Sharon is an amazing massage therapist and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I've already booked my next two appointments with her and I cannot wait!! If you haven't experienced it I would strongly recommend her, she has the touch of an angel!
